At Venture Migration, I serve as the central point of coordination for all client matters. Every file, document, and application passes through my review before being sent to our Principal Migration Agent, Spandan, for final checking. My role is to maintain structure, consistency, and compliance across every stage of the process, ensuring that our clients receive the highest standard of service.

I’m Aashish, a Migration Professional at Venture Migration, specialising in Australian employer-sponsored visas — particularly the Subclass 482 (Temporary Skill Shortage Visa) and Subclass 186 (Employer Nomination Scheme Visa).
Working under the guidance of our Principal Migration Agent, Spandan, I manage the entire visa process from start to finish. This includes nomination preparation, compliance assessments, labour market testing (LMT), and all documentation related to employer sponsorship.
